Thomas Lang
Thomas Lang has more than 31 years of high level business experience. Amongst other positions he served as Marketing Director at Levi Strauss for Germany, Austria and Switzerland and as Chairman and Vice President Marketing & Brandmanagement for The Walt Disney Company, overseeing Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg and Russia before he started his own group of companies back in 2009. Today Thomas is a serial entrepreneur and shareholder of a valuable portfolio of 16 companies around the world. In this group of companies (depending on the individual company set-up) Thomas is acting as a managing director, CMO, CSO, advisor, investor or marketing & sales consultant.
René Seiler
René Seiler has more than 20 years of experience in strategy, management and organizational consulting for a portfolio of companies – from start-ups to large conglomerates such as EADS and Siemens. He is co-founder of several companies ranging from e-commerce to food & beverage as well as in the area of digital communication driven by Artificial Intelligence. René has vast experience in leading complex sales & strategic projects and building sustainable corporate collaborations. His strong personnel & coaching background is mixed with a robust understanding of digitalization & communication. René has the role of Chief Business Officer & is leading our „Think Tank“ within the Level 10 Ventures universe.

CHRIS WAN
In the Asia-Pacific region we are partnering with our trusted team member Mr. Chris Wan from Singapore, who has deep knowledge as well as a huge network of business associates across the various Asian countries. Chris has more than 35 years experience in international media industry in management and marketing portfolios. Over the years, his network grew and it stretches from Dubai in the West to Japan in the East and from China in the North to the Indonesian Archipelago in the South. In early 2000, Chris broadened his deep understanding of various Asian Cultures by working on location in Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, and East Timor. In 2010, Chris was appointed by major exporters in Indonesia to be their representative for agriculture and food products exclusively for China Importers.
HANNS-JUERGEN SAUER
Hanns-Juergen Sauer has more than 30 years of professional and management experience both in medium-sized companies and in large international groups.
As a senior test engineer, he built up the model range of all-wheel-drive vehicles of AUDI AG (quattro), and as Managing Director of quattro GmbH, he established the special vehicles division of this AUDI AG subsidiary.
At Volkswagen AG he led large vehicle projects (VW Touareg, Porsche Cayenne, VW Amarok) to success as overall manager.
Today, Hanns-Juergen is active as a restructurer and engineer with extensive experience in marketing and sales of technically sophisticated products. His strengths lie in the field of brand, market and product strategies, as well as in the analysis and evaluation of technical interrelationships and their marketability.
JOEY NG
Joey is a serial entrepreneur and has an MBA & Bachelor degree in engineering. He is based in Hong Kong and looks after our projects in Hong Kong and Greater China.
15+ years experience in business development for environmental businesses and IOT business.
10+ years experience in e-Commerce warehousing and logistics support business, customers include: Ebay and Amazon
Core businesses: IOT, e-Commerce related logistics service from overseas to HK or China, to help launch overseas branding in China market, services include: formulate strategy and implementation plan, arrangement of product import to China, O2O solutions, online and offline marketing campaigns, Wechat or related online platform in China etc., Unmanned retail concepts and solutions.

Jorge Rubio is our regional head of the Latin America region, our most important region when it comes to natural resources investment opportunities.
